  • 6 Basil Leaves

  • 2 inch Cuke, chopped

  • 1 oz Lemon

  • ​1 oz Lime

  • 4 oz Whitley Neill Quince Gin

  1. Muddle basil, cuke, lemon and lime

  2. Add Gin

  3. Wet shake

  4. Garnish with cuke ribbon

  • 1 oz Vodka

  • 1 oz lemon

  • 1 egg white

  2. Wet shake

  3. Garnish with blueberries

THE BLUES

  • 2 oz Elderflower Cordial

  • 1/2 oz Lime

  • Handful blueberries

  • ​4 oz seltzer OR

  • 2 oz vodka and 2 oz prosecco

  1. Muddle cordial, lime and blueberries

  2. Pour into tall glass with ice

  3. Add seltzer OR vodka and prosecco

  4. Garnish with blueberry

GIN AND GINGER

  • 1 1/2 oz Whitley Neill Quince Gin

  • 4 oz Ginger Ale

  • 1/2 oz Lime

  1. Ice stir

  2. Pour into short glass with ice

STRAWBERRY LETTER 23

  • 10 Mint Leaves

  • 1 oz Lime

  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 oz White Rum

  • 2 oz Seltzer

  1. Muddle strawberries, mint, lime and simple syrup

  2. Strain into tall glass with ice

  3. Add rum 

  4. Add seltzer 

  5. Garnish with mint and strawberry

TRUE BLOOD

  3. Add gin - admire ombre!

  2. Add gin and lime

  3. Wet shake

  4. Garnish with lime curl

LIQUID APPLE PIE

  • 1 Tbs Caramel Sauce

  • 1 Tbs Maple Syrup

  • 1 c Apple Cider

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

  • 1 1/2 oz Rum

  • Whipped Cream

  • Caramel Sauce to taste

  1. Combine caramel sauce, maple syrup, 

    apple cider and cinnamon stick

  2. Microwave 1-2 min

  3. Remove cinnamon stick

  4. Add rum, whipped cream and caramel sauce

  5. Garnish with cinnamon stick
