  • 4 oz Prosecco

  • 2 oz Seltzer

  1. Dip rum of glass in sugar

  2. Add squeeze of lemon

  3. Add pamplemousse

  4. Add Prosecco

  5. Add Selzter

  6. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprig dipped in sugar

BREAKUP BOURBON

  • 4 oz Whitley Neill Quince Gin

  1. Muddle basil, cuke, lemon and lime

  2. Add Gin

  4. Garnish with cuke ribbon

  • 1 oz Chambord

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup 

  1. Muddle blackberries and sage

  2. Add Gin, Chambord, Lime and Simple Syrup

  3. Wet shake

  4. Garnish with blackberry sage

THE BLUES
(BLUEBERRY MARTINI)

  • 1/2 oz Lime

  • Handful blueberries

  • ​4 oz seltzer OR

  • 2 oz vodka and 2 oz prosecco

  1. Muddle cordial, lime and blueberries

  2. Pour into tall glass with ice

  3. Add seltzer OR vodka and prosecco

  4. Garnish with blueberry

GIN AND GINGER
(GINGER QUINCE GIMLET)

LIQUID APPLE PIE
(CARAMEL HOT TODDY)

  • 1 Tbs Caramel Sauce

  • 1 Tbs Maple Syrup

  • 1 c Apple Cider

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

  • 1 1/2 oz Rum

  • Whipped Cream

  • Caramel Sauce to taste

  1. Combine caramel sauce, maple syrup, 

    apple cider and cinnamon stick

  2. Microwave 1-2 min

  3. Remove cinnamon stick

  4. Add rum, whipped cream and caramel sauce

  5. Garnish with cinnamon stick
