  • 2 oz Elderflower Cordial

  • 1/2 oz Lime

  • Handful blueberries

  • ​4 oz seltzer OR

  • 2 oz vodka and 2 oz prosecco

​​

  1. Muddle cordial, lime and blueberries

  2. Pour into tall glass with ice

  3. Add seltzer OR vodka and prosecco

  4. Garnish with blueberry

TRUE BLOOD

  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco

  • 1 oz Pomegranate Juice

  • 1/2 oz OJ​

  • 1/2 oz Lime

  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

  • 1/4 oz Cointreau

  1. Wet shake

  2. Garnish with lychee eyeball (ewww - Happy Halloween!)

WONDERFUL XMASTIME

LAVENDER MIST

  • 1 oz Wild Moon Lavender Liquor

  • 1 oz Lemon​

  • 4 oz Club Soda

  1. Combine vodka, liquor and lemon

  2. Wet shake

  • 4 in Persian Cuke, chopped

  • 1 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

  • 4 oz Cuke Vodka

  • 1 oz Lime

  • 1 oz Lemon

  1. Muddle basil, cuke and simple syrup

  2. Add vodka, lime, lemon

  3. Wet shake

  4. Garnish with a cuke slice

MEDITERRANEAN BREEZE

  • 3 oz Grapefruit Soda

  • 1/4 oz Lemon

  • 1 1/2 oz Empress Gin

  • Rosemary sprig

​

  1. Pour soda into glass

  2. Add lemon

  3. Add gin - admire ombre!

  4. Garnish and stir with rosemary sprig

RED PILL

  • 3 oz Whitley & Neill Quince Gin

  1. Muddle pear and s.s.

  2. Add gin and lime

  3. Wet shake

  4. Garnish with lime curl

LIQUID APPLE PIE

  • 1 Tbs Caramel Sauce

  • 1 Tbs Maple Syrup

  • 1 c Apple Cider

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

  • 1 1/2 oz Rum

  • Whipped Cream

  • Caramel Sauce to taste

  1. Combine caramel sauce, maple syrup, 

    apple cider and cinnamon stick

  2. Microwave 1-2 min

  3. Remove cinnamon stick

  4. Add rum, whipped cream and caramel sauce

  5. Garnish with cinnamon stick
